چکیده
Future of massive Internet-of-Things (IoT) and low latency applications hinges on delivering fresh information time. Thus, to analyse data freshness for time critical use cases in future networks, the age (AoI) measure is introduced. Besides, energy harvesting also essential improve sustainability lifetime a power-constrained cost-efficient network. Therefore, we investigate new network architecture suitable IoT where connectivity, are emerged. We study wireless powered cooperative network, wherein source relay charge their finite-sized capacitors by from power station. For decode-and-forward (DF) amplify-and-forward relaying strategies, average AoI peak (PAoI) investigated indicate how randomness data/power transfer size affect metrics. It shown that, although utilizing power-limited imposes more delay, metrics could be improved. Specifically, DF scheme with waiting due signal processing, may achieve lower PAoI improving reliability. Furthermore, special proposed system discussed, e.g., full-power nodes one-shot successful transmission. Finally, numerical results provided clarify when strategy can outperform direct transmissions. that all values capacitors, position relay, station’s power, etc, there not unique optimal transmission minimize

Performance Analysis of Wireless Cooperative Networks with Iterative Incremental Relay Selection
In this paper, an iterative incremental relay selection (IIRS) scheme is considered for wireless cooperative networks in order to increase the reliability of transmission. Different from the conventional incremental relay selection which incrementally selects a best relay for only one iteration; the IIRS scheme iteratively applies the incremental relaying and relay selection processes. To evalu...

Radio frequency (RF) energy transfer and harvesting has been intensively studied recently as a promising approach to significantly extend the lifetime of energy-constrained wireless networks. This technique has a great potential to provide relatively stable and continuous RF energy to devices wirelessly, it thus opened a new research paradigm, termed wireless-powered communication (WPC), which ...

The capability of nodes to broadcast their message to the entire wireless network when nodes employ cooperation is considered. We employ an asymptotic analysis using an extended random network setting and show that the broadcast performance strongly depends on the path loss exponent of the medium. In particular, as the size of the random network grows, the probability of broadcast in a one-dime...
